Requirements
- MUST be a native English speaker
- A University Degree from an accredited university + TESOL, CELTA or TEFL (100 hours minimum)
- OR a Bachelor of Education/University Degree + Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching/TESOL Degree
- A valid passport (with at least two year on it)
- A clear criminal record, both domestically and abroad.
- Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and MUST enjoy working with kids
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach a diverse variety of classes such as phonics, reading comprehension, creative writing and grammar.
- Prepare and implement lessons, crafts and activities
- Provide tailored student progress reports to parents
- Organize and prepare necessary class materials

Requirements
- Values integrity and professionalism. Enjoy being with kids and passionate about education
- English major, normal major, College English Test Band 6
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and can work under pressure
- Adaptable to flexible working hours, responsible, proactive and service oriented
- Major in education or English, pass TEM4 or CET6 or TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or overseas study experience, Teacher's qualification is preferred
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach trial classes and conduct assessments with new students, then make suitable study plans for new students
- Teach students according to the prescribed course content
- Offer pre-class (introducing the coming class content) and after-class guidance (correcting and explaining homework) for students and follow up on their progress
- Cooperate with marketing activities organized by the center
- Maintain the WeChat group for each student‘s parent. Send videos and communicate with parents regularly, giving feedback about students’ progress

Requirements
- F. 6 graduate or above
- Passion for children education or services
- Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
- Studied or worked aboard in foreign country is highly considerable
- Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Highly organized, able to work under pressure with detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
- Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Understanding the course products and available course packages and providing professional consultation of company’s services & products to perspective customers
- Monitor students’ progress, & communicate with customers to retain a clear understanding of their needs, as well as to maintain good customer relationship
- Manage the center’s class schedule to best satisfy students and teachers
- Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups in order to maintain valuable relationship with existing and potential customers and to perform high quality customer services at front desk
- Maintain the center’s and classrooms’ appearance as well as completeness to ensure a smooth working and teaching environment
- Provide assistance to teachers when needed
- Supervise and train fresh staff on course details, administrative procedures, etc.
